Content

The environmental pollution prevention facilities specified in Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act shall mean any of the following facilities: 1. Facilities specified in the relevant environmental protection laws and regulations for the control of air pollution, noise and vibration, water pollution, and soil contamination control, and for the storage, removal, treatment, or final disposal of waste; and 2. Sites and affiliated facilities for storage, disposal, and dispatch of the earthwork left over from construction.
