In preparing explanatory documents (below, "the explanatory documents") in accordance with Article 148-2, paragraph 1 of the Insurance Act, an enterprise engaged in insurance of the person shall prepare their content in accordance with these Regulations, paginated and with a table of contents. The content shall be clear and detailed, presented in a simple and understandable style, and free of falsehoods or omissions.
