中央主管機關為前條申請案之審查，得召開專家會議；必要時，並得指定申請廠商到會陳述或答覆。 召開前項會議時，中央主管機關應通知申請廠商限期檢送指定之文件、資料；屆期未檢送或檢送不完備者，其申請案得逕予駁回。
