Content

Diesel vehicles and their engines shall comply with Article 5 of the Air Emission Standards of Mobile Sources (hereinafter referred to as the Emission Standards) that is defined in Paragraph 2, Article 36 of this Act, as well as relevant requirements herein before the central competent authority issues the Certificate of Conformity. Before filing an application for the heavy-duty diesel vehicle Letter of Conformity, it is necessary to seek the Certificate of Conformity issued by the central competent authority.
