Inhalt

金融機構將作業委託他人處理（以下簡稱為委外），應簽訂書面契約，並依本辦法辦理，但涉及外匯作業事項並應依中央銀行有關規定辦理。 本辦法適用之金融機構，包括本國銀行及其國外分行、外國銀行在臺分行、信用合作社、票券金融公司及信用卡業務機構。
