Content

The "Competent Authority" as used in this Act denotes the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). If any provisions set forth in this Act involve the business of the authority in charge of the relevant end-enterprise, the Competent Authority of this Act shall process things and matters hereunder jointly with that relevant authority.
