Content

As used in this Act, the “proceeds of specified unlawful activity” mean the property or the benefits and interests of the property obtained or derived from the commission of specified unlawful activities prescribed in Article 3. When identifying that property is the proceeds of specified unlawful activity prescribed in paragraph 1, it shall not be necessary that a person is convicted of specified unlawful activity.
