Content

The central competent agency formulates the National Climate Action Guidelines ("Action Guidelines") pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Act. The Action Guidelines should be disclosed to the public after receiving approval from the Executive Yuan and shall include the following items: 1. Future scenarios of climate change in the nation. 2. Adaptation and mitigation of the impacts and challenges encountered. 3. Vision and goals. 4. Basic principles. 5. Policy implications. 6. Follow-up promotion.
