Regarding the application for license (hereinafter “application”) described in Articles 2 and 3, if the applicant -- after being notified to pay the fee, and/or provide complete and accurate information/ samples -- fails to fully rectify the issue before a deadline, the central competent author may disregard the application, or review the application simply based on currently available information.
