Content

This Act is laid down to promote investment, develop economy and trade, and boost innovation. The competent authority may, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, select suitable sites, delimit the scopes, and report to the Executive Yuan to set up the technology industrial parks (hereinafter referred to as “the Parks”).
