Content

The establishment and administration of the Parks shall be governed by the provisions of this Act. Where situations are not covered by the provisions of this Act, the provisions of other relevant laws shall apply. However, when the provisions of other relevant laws are more favorable than those stated in this Act, the most favorable law shall prevail.
