Content

Transfer of right and pledge of a patent The right to apply for a patent or the patent right is both assignable and inheritable. The right to apply for a patent shall not be taken as the subject of a pledge. In the case of taking a patent right as the subject of a pledge, the pledgee shall not be allowed to exploit the patent right, unless otherwise provided for in an agreement.
