Offenders meeting any of the following conditions shall be subjected to a fine of more than NT$10,000, but less than NT $50,000: 1. The farm failing to file the application as required in Paragraph 1 of Article 8, and Article 8.1 herein in the event of suspension or closure of business, or change of registration status. 2. In violation of the provisions in Paragraph 2 Article 43 regarding changes in registration or application for suspension of business. 3. Evading, interfering, or objecting without due causes, or making false representation or giving inflated fees in the inspection of the competent authority authorized by the provisions specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 10, Article 16, Paragraph 1 of Article 17, or Paragraph 1 of Article 31, or Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Article 34 herein. 4. The farm or veterinarian in violation of the provisions specified in Article 9 herein. 5. In violation of the provisions in Article 13 or 14 herein. 6. In violation of the facilities requirements specified in Article 15 herein. 7. Failing to accept the assessment of the competent authority in accordance with the provisions in Article 21 herein. 8. Failing to pay fees in accordance with the provisions in Article 28. 9. Failing to pay the market regulation fees in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 28-1 or violating the payment deadline referred to in Paragraph 2.
有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰： 一、畜牧場歇業、停業或登記事項有變更，未依第八條第一項、第八條之一規定申請。 二、違反依第四十三條第二項所定辦法中有關登記事項變更或歇業申請規定。 三、無正當理由規避、妨礙、拒絕主管機關依第十條第一項、第十六條、第十七條第一項、第三十一條第一項或第三十四條第一項、第二項規定之檢查、作虛偽之陳述或拒絕提供、虛報、浮報乳品產銷資料。 四、畜牧場或獸醫師違反第九條規定。 五、違反第十三條或第十四條規定。 六、違反依第十五條所定之設備標準。 七、未依第二十一條規定接受評鑑。 八、未依第二十八條規定繳交費用。 九、未依第二十八條之一第一項繳交產銷調節費用或違反第二項所定辦法之繳交期限。
