Inhalt

進口船舶之船長或船舶所屬運輸業者，應於船舶進口二十四小時前向海關提出船舶進港預報單，如因故提早、遲延或中止進口者，應立即向海關報明提早、延期或註銷。 前項預報單之內容包括受理關別、船舶名稱、船舶航次、船舶呼號、船舶代碼、到港前一港、航行次一港及預定到港時間等所需資料。 第一項預報資料經由交通部航港局提供予海關者，船長或船舶所屬運輸業者得免傳輸船舶進港預報單訊息或檢具書面船舶進港預報單。
