Inhalt

申請人以引擎族為基本單元申請合格證明，應依下列規定為之： 一、國產機車由製造者提出申請。 二、進口機車由製造者指定代理人、進口商、進口商聯合組成之公會或進口商聯合組成之非營利事業法人團體提出申請。 三、各級行政機關採購進口機車，應自行或委託得標廠商提出申請。
