Article 1

The administration of pharmaceutical affairs shall be executed in accordance with the regulations of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act (hereinafter “this Act”). Any matter not provided for in this Act shall be governed by the regulations of other relevant laws. For matters governed by the Controlled Drugs Act, its provisions shall prevail. The term “pharmaceutical affairs” used in the preceding paragraph shall refer to medicaments, pharmaceutical firms, pharmacies, and other relevant matters.
