Content

The establishment, administration and supervision of Financial Holding Companies [as defined below] shall be governed by this Act; those matters not provided for in this Act shall be governed by the [relevant] provisions of other laws. Where a Bank [as defined below] that is not organized as a company seeks to carry out a [share] conversion or division under this Act, the relevant provisions of a company limited by shares of the Company Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
