The terms used in the Regulations are denoted as the following: 1. Imitation firearms and their main components: It refers to the imitation firearms and their main components officially promulgated to be banned in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 20-1 of the Act. 2. Manufacturer: It refers to a corporation, limited partnership, or business that is registered in accordance with the Business Registration Act.
