Content

The Act has been formulated to facilitate the diversified, comprehensive development of private schools, and to enhance their publicness and autonomy in an effort to encourage the establishment of schools by private and provide people with more opportunities and fair choice for education. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code and related laws and regulations.
