📝 Content
To strengthen the coordination, monitoring, promotion and investigation of food safety matters nationwide, the Executive Yuan shall establish a Food Safety Board with the Premier as the convener and relevant government agencies as members. The meetings shall be convened at least quarterly.
Municipal governments and county (city) governments shall establish food safety boards and convene meetings at least quarterly.
The organization, meeting and related matters for the Food Safety Board mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be prescribed by the Executive Yuan; the matters concerning the establishment and operation of food safety boards mentioned in paragraph 2 shall be prescribed by municipal governments and county (city) governments.
