Content

The Mark shall be printed in accordance with the following rules: 1. Under batch-by-batch inspection and monitoring inspection: The BSMI shall print the Mark labels. However, for the situations specified in items (1) to (3) of subparagraph 1, paragraph 3, Article 3, as designated or approved by the BSMI, the applicant may print the Mark labels itself in accordance with the applicable requirements. 2. For registration of product certification, the Mark labels shall be printed by the applicant in accordance with the applicable requirements. 3. For declaration of conformity, the Mark labels shall be printed by the applicant in accordance with the applicable requirements.
