Anyone committing any of the following shall be fined between NT$60,000 and NT$200,000,000. In severe circumstances, the enterprise may be ordered to terminate business, suspend business for a certain period of time, revoke all or part of the items listed in the company registration, business registration or factory registration, or registration of the food business operators. If registration of the food business operators is revoked, re-application for new registration within one (1) year shall be prohibited: 1. violating Paragraph 1 or 2 of Article 8, and failing to correct the violation within the time limit prescribed; 2. violating Paragraph 1 or 4 of Article 15 or Article 16; 3. incompliance with order by the competent authority to recover or destruct in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 52; or 4. violating the public announcement by the central competent authority prohibiting the manufacture, sale, import or export in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 54. The penalty standards for the fine mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
有下列行為之一者，處新臺幣六萬元以上二億元以下罰鍰；情節重大者，並得命其歇業、停業一定期間、廢止其公司、商業、工廠之全部或部分登記事項，或食品業者之登錄；經廢止登錄者，一年內不得再申請重新登錄： 一、違反第八條第一項或第二項規定，經命其限期改正，屆期不改正。 二、違反第十五條第一項、第四項或第十六條規定。 三、經主管機關依第五十二條第二項規定，命其回收、銷毀而不遵行。 四、違反中央主管機關依第五十四條第一項所為禁止其製造、販賣、輸入或輸出之公告。 前項罰鍰之裁罰標準，由中央主管機關定之。
