Content

Environmental agents that meet any of the following criteria shall be considered special environmental agents: I.Agents requiring specialized safety precautions for their use. II.Agents that require sprayer, fumigators, foggers, sterilizers, ultra-low volume (ULV) sprayers, or other application equipment for their use. III.Environmental germicides with active ingredient concentrations exceeding the limits listed in Attachment 2. IV.Application types of germicides used for environmental sanitation not listed in Attachment 2 and that have active ingredient concentrations above 5%.
