食品業者未依中央主管機關規定之格式或內容申請登錄者，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應命其限期改正；屆期不改正者，駁回其申請。 直轄市、縣（市）主管機關對於完成登錄之食品業者，應給予登錄字號。
