Content

This "Act for Establishment and Administration of Science Parks" is duly enacted in an effort to introduce high-tech industries and scientific and technological professionals and to strengthen regional innovation integration momentum, in an eye to elevate innovation of domestic high-tech industries. Pursuant to this Act, the competent authority may choose appropriate venues and report to the Executive Yuan for approval to set up a science park (hereinafter referred to as "the park").
