Investments made in accordance with this Act consist of the following types of capital contributions: 1. Cash; 2. Machinery and equipment or raw materials for own use; 3. Patent rights, trademark rights, copyrights, technical know-how or other intellectual property rights; 4. Other property in which the investor may invest under the Competent Authority’s approval.
