If the representative of a juridical person, or the agent, employee, or other staff of a juridical person or natural person commits the offense under Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the course of the execution of business, in addition to the punishment of the perpetrator, a fine specified in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article shall also be imposed on the juridical person or natural person. However, if the representative of a juridical person or the natural person has done the best to prevent the commission of the crime, the juridical person or the natural person shall be exempted from the punishment.
法人之代表人、法人或自然人之代理人、受雇人或其他從業人員，因執行業務，犯前條第一項之罪者，除處罰其行為人外，對該法人或自然人亦科以前條第一項之罰金。但法人之代表人或自然人對於犯罪之發生，已盡力為防止行為者，對該法人或自然人，不予處罰。
