Content

The product names, specifications, scope of use, and limitations of food additives shall comply with the standards prescribed by the central competent authority. The standards mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to the minimum required to achieve the intended effect and shall be based on risk assessment of the citizens' dietary habits while conforming to the provisions of specification standards.
