The technical activities of inspection shall be conducted by the BSMI. The BSMI may delegate this work to be conducted by relevant government agencies (bodies), juridical persons, or organizations on behalf of the BSMI. The BSMI may commission any relevant government agencies (bodies), juridical persons, or organizations to perform operations in connection with the issuance (or reissuance) of inspection certificates and to conduct relevant inspection activities. The expenses pertaining to the entrusted or commissioned inspections mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs may be deducted from the commodity inspection fees accordingly. Regulations governing the qualifications, review, supervision, performance evaluation, and other requirements of relevant government agencies (bodies), juridical persons, or organizations commissioned by the BSMI under Paragraph Two of this Article shall be prescribed by the competent authority.
