Content

After applying for periodical inspection or special inspection, the ship shall complete its renovation and inspection within three months. A ship that has not completed the inspection within the time limit will be deemed to have failed the inspection, and the shipping administration authority will issue an order to suspend its operation. Special inspections mentioned in the preceding paragraph do not include special inspections for new ship construction, ship imported from abroad, hull modification or propulsion machines reload.
