Fines between 150,000 NT dollars and 750,000 NT dollars shall be imposed due to one of the following facts: 1. Import, export and sales of Schedule 1 and 2 controlled drugs by pharmaceutical plant that are not authorized in Article 4 Paragraph 1 2. Manufacture of Schedule 1 and 2 controlled drugs by pharmaceutical plant or commissioned pharmaceutical firms that are not authorized in Article 4 Paragraph 1. 3. A person who violates Article 5 or Article 9 .
有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣十五萬元以上七十五萬元以下罰鍰： 一、非第四條第一項之製藥工廠，輸入、輸出、販賣第一級或第二級管制藥品。 二、非第四條第一項之製藥工廠或受託藥商，製造第一級或第二級管制藥品。 三、違反第五條或第九條規定。
