中央主管機關得指定植物、植物產品及其他有傳播有害生物風險之物品，公告為應實施輸入檢疫之品目（以下簡稱檢疫物）。 植物、植物產品或其他物品，未列入前項檢疫物，經發現有傳播有害生物風險之虞者，植物檢疫機關得採取檢疫處理、退運、銷燬或其他必要之措施。
