Content

The following offenses shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than six months but less than five years, and a fine of more than 300,000 New Taiwan Dollars and but less than 1,500,000 New Taiwan Dollars may be imposed: 1.Violation of Article 24, Paragraph 1, unapproved import or export of live Protected Wildlife or their products. 2.Violation of Article 35, Paragraph 1, trading, display or exhibiting with the intent to sell Protected Wildlife and its products.

Penalty

有下列情形之一，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣三十萬元以上一百五十萬元以下罰金： 一、違反第二十四條第一項規定，未經中央主管機關同意，輸入或輸出保育類野生動物之活體或其產製品者。 二、違反第三十五條第一項規定，未經主管機關同意，買賣或意圖販賣而陳列、展示保育類野生動物或其產製品者。
