Content

In violation of Article 7, Paragraph 2, anyone who uses the title of wild life conservation stamps, uses its logo, or issues wildlife conservation stamps, the offender shall be subjected to a fine of more than 500,000 New Taiwan Dollars but less than 2,500,000 New Taiwan Dollars. The unauthorized issue, sale, or distribution of wildlife conservation stamps shall be prohibited. Illegal stamps which have been issued, sold, or distributed as mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall be confiscated.

Penalty

違反第七條第二項規定，擅自使用野生動物保育票名稱、標章或發行野生動物保育票者，處新臺幣五十萬元以上二百五十萬元以下罰鍰。並得禁止其發行、出售或散布。 前項經禁止發行、出售或散布之野生動物保育票，沒入之。
