Cleaning Board (Multipurpose Adhesive Board)

The core of the fiberglass board is covered with a heat-resistant silicone adhesive layer on both sides. It can be used as a dummy board through PCB dry and wet horizontal processes to stick up contaminants that is difficult to remove on the transmission roller. It can be reused after cleaning.

The knife-free tacky paper roll tears cleanly along a pre-cut line, eliminating the need for a utility knife. Layer changes are faster, and there is no blade to damage the roller or create a workplace safety hazard. Conventional rolls must be cut with a blade when changing layers. HOLY-AN supplies both types.

How Do You Select the Right Cleanroom Wiper Grade?

Choose by the cleanliness requirement of the work area. Nonwoven wipers suit general production lines; higher-grade cleanrooms typically require edge-sealed knitted-polyester wipers for lower particle generation. Can Washable Tacky Rollers Be Reused?
