HA-2100 is an alkaline cleaner for photoresist ovens. It is used to remove oil stains and contaminants on the front and rear oven surfaces and air ducts of photoresist ovens, and reduce the risk of scum stains caused by oil dripping onto the board surface.

Do Liquid Photoresist, Photosensitive Ink and Photoresist Refer to the Same Material?

In PCB terminology, these names refer to the same general material class: liquid photoimageable ink (LPI). Taiwan commonly uses “liquid photoresist” or “photosensitive ink,” while mainland China commonly uses “photoresist.” HOLY-AN supplies models including LP6600 and LP7607.

What Is a Developer Neutralizer Used For?

Developer neutralization chemicals are used after PCB development to stabilize process quality and reduce board-surface defects caused by residue. HOLY-AN supplies HA-318 developer neutralizer, together with HA-300 and HAD-300 developer additives.

How often should the special filter for photoresist ink be replaced?

Replacement interval depends on coater type and duty cycle. A FURNACE spherical filter, for example, can typically operate for more than one month under normal conditions. The filter resists solvents, retains its shape, does not shed particles and is easy to replace.

How Does PUR Differ from Conventional Hot-Melt Adhesive?

Generally, hot melt adhesives (such as EVA) melt when heated, stick when cooled, and can be melted repeatedly; PUR is a moisture-curing reaction type - after cooling and initial tack, it will react and cross-link with the moisture in the air, and will no longer melt after solidification. It has better strength and heat resistance, and is suitable for lamination processes with higher requirements.

Where Is a Room-Temperature-Curing Water-Based Peelable Coating Used?

In-process surface protection: HA-321 is a room-temperature-curing, water-based formulation that forms a protective film after coating. Once processing is complete, the film peels away in one piece without adhesive residue.

How Is HA-2100 Oven Cleaner Used?

Shut down the equipment and allow the oven to cool completely. Spray the undiluted solution onto the surface, allow 3–10 minutes of dwell time depending on deposit thickness, then wipe away the residue. Rinse with clean water or wipe thoroughly with water. HA-2100 is strongly alkaline and corrosive; read the SDS and wear all required PPE before use.
