HowBridge Logistics is Taiwan's single-window cross-border logistics platform, offering one-stop services: China-to-Taiwan consolidation, import customs declaration and clearance, EZWay real-name verification, lookup of 12,000+ CCC tariff codes, air and sea freight cost calculators, and parcel status lookup. Air freight is charged on actual weight only, with no volumetric weight, at NT$100/kg; it usually takes 3-5 days to reach Taiwan and is best for small, high-value items.

Sea LCL consolidation: volume = L×W×H÷28,316, from NT$25/kg or NT$150/cu ft (quoted per product by customer service), suited to large furniture and appliances; sea express: volumetric weight = L×W×H÷10,000, charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, NT$50/unit, usually 5-10 days to Taiwan.

Parcels with a customs value of NT$2,000 or less are in principle exempt from import duty and business tax (except tobacco and alcohol, and tariff-rate quota agricultural products); above NT$2,000, you pay import duty (0%-30% depending on the tariff code) + 5% business tax; commodity tax is also levied on specific goods such as electrical appliances, vehicles and beverages, and tobacco and alcohol are subject to tobacco and alcohol tax.

Duty-free imports are limited to 6 per recipient within any half-year period. HowBridge offers automatic CCC tariff lookup and a tax and duty calculator.

EZWay is the express-shipment real-name verification app promoted by the Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance. For every express import parcel, the recipient must complete real-name verification on EZWay (one time only) and confirm the declaration for each shipment (per parcel); otherwise customs will not release it.

Declaration notices are pushed by the EZWay app; HowBridge will remind you to confirm in time and provides a complete registration and verification guide.

HowBridge runs its own consolidation warehouse in Shenzhen (not a sublet). After receipt, parcels are stored free for 366 days and combined into one shipment free of charge; we charge only the actual air/sea freight and any necessary import taxes — no storage fees, no shelving fees, no combining fees.

Prohibited imports: narcotics, firearms and weapons, protected animal and plant species, counterfeit currency, and counterfeit goods.

Conditional imports: 3C products containing lithium batteries (BSMI certification required), cosmetics (TFDA), food (Ministry of Health and Welfare), medicines and medical devices (application required), plant seeds (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency, APHIA).

If customs selects your parcel for a C2/C3 inspection, the platform notifies you proactively and our professional customs team helps with supplementary documents, tax payment, or return handling; the average release time is 1-3 business days.

Our logistics lane is Mainland China → Taiwan only: parcels from Taobao, Pinduoduo, 1688 and similar platforms are received at our Shenzhen warehouse, consolidated, shipped by sea or air to our Taoyuan warehouse, and delivered to your address in Taiwan. We do not currently ship from other countries to Taiwan, nor export from Taiwan to Hong Kong, Singapore or elsewhere.

HowBridge is a legally registered cross-border logistics platform in Taiwan operated by 好運器資訊有限公司 (Unified Business No. 57151105). Its only official website is 0523.tw; the company is registered in Changhua County, and its operations base and Taiwan warehouse are located in Dayuan District, Taoyuan City.

HowBridge operates its own consolidation warehouse in Shenzhen (not subcontracted through a middleman). Customs declaration is handled in cooperation with AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) certified customs brokers. We can issue government uniform invoices and provide consolidation, customs declaration coordination, and EZWay real-name verification assistance.
