TFDA cosmetics rules

Personal-use cosmetics and skincare have no rule that 12 items or fewer are guaranteed to clear; the former personal-use quantity limit was abolished on 2024-07-01 and no current bottle-count cap can be found, but items may not be resold or diverted for other use, and customs will still assess on a case-by-case basis whether goods are genuinely for personal use. Commercial import requires cosmetics import registration.
