Sign up free on the HowBridge Logistics site; after logging in, you will see your dedicated Shenzhen warehouse address (name, phone, address, postal code) on the home page. Copy it for use when ordering on e-commerce platforms.
Order on e-commerce platforms, enter the warehouse address
After choosing goods on Taobao, Tmall, Pinduoduo, or 1688, enter HowBridge Logistics' Shenzhen warehouse address as the delivery address at checkout. You can order from multiple platforms and sellers at once — all parcels go to the same warehouse address.
Warehouse receives, optional value-added services
As parcels arrive at the Shenzhen warehouse, the system notifies you automatically. View each parcel's warehouse-in status in the Member Center. Before dispatch, you can choose value-added services:
- • Unboxing inspection (NT$30/item) — confirm goods are correct and undamaged
- • Photo confirmation (NT$20/item) — actual photos for you to confirm

Personal imports with a customs value (goods+shipping) over NT$2,000 incur duty. Ship in batches to control each batch's value.
