Complete Dewu Consolidation Guide: Taiwan Shipping, Authentication, Rates & Duties

30-Second Answer

Can it ship to Taiwan?: Dewu (POIZON/Du) does not ship directly to Taiwan. Enter the HowBridge Shenzhen consolidation warehouse as the recipient → Dewu authenticates and sends it to the warehouse → combine and ship it back to Taiwan by sea/air. How do I enter the address?: Enter "HowBridge" as the name and the warehouse phone number, and be sure to use the personal ID-code address one-tap copied from the 0523.tw homepage after logging in so the parcel can be matched to your account automatically. Is it authentic?: Dewu uses an "authenticate first, ship later" process. Items ship only after inspection by an authenticator and receive a tag, so authenticity assurance is higher (not 100%; keep the tag).

What Is Dewu and Why Use Consolidation?

Dewu (Dewu, overseas version POIZON, formerly "Du App") is China's largest trend-focused e-commerce platform, mainly offering sneakers, streetwear, luxury goods, watches, 3C electronics, and beauty products. Its key feature is "authenticate first, ship later"—items are first sent to a Dewu warehouse, where an authenticator inspects them and attaches a dedicated authentication tag before shipment, providing greater authenticity assurance. Because Dewu ships within mainland China only, Taiwan buyers must use the HowBridge Shenzhen consolidation warehouse: enter the Shenzhen warehouse as the delivery address, let Dewu authenticate and send the item there, then consolidate and ship it back to Taiwan.

Dewu Consolidation in 5 Steps (Including the Shenzhen Address)

1Sign Up & Get SZ Address

After registering with HowBridge, open "My Warehouse" in your account to copy your dedicated Shenzhen consolidation warehouse address and warehouse ID.

2Order & Enter SZ Address

Order through the Dewu App and enter the HowBridge Shenzhen consolidation warehouse as the delivery address. See the comparison table below for the correct format.

How to Enter the Shenzhen Consolidation Warehouse Delivery Details

This is the only step in the entire process that requires precise input. Incorrect information may prevent your parcel from being matched to your account or cause the seller to refuse shipment. Enter the details exactly as shown below:

Field Information to Enter Instructions
Recipient Name 好運器 Enter the warehouse name directly, not your own name
Recipient Phone Number 13603054302 Enter the warehouse phone number, not your Taiwan mobile number
Shipping Address 深圳市宝安区福海街道桥头社区宝安大道6261号彤鑫科技大厦B座3A11-H□□□□库位 (H□□□□ = your personal ID code; it is filled in automatically when you one-tap copy the address from the 0523.tw homepage after logging in) Enter "好运器" as the recipient, and use the personal address one-tap copied from the 0523.tw homepage as the delivery address (it ends with an H-code ID for automatic matching).
Postal Code 518103
Why enter "好运器" as the name and keep the personal ID code at the end of the address?

On Chinese e-commerce platforms (Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD, Xiaohongshu, etc.), the shipping label automatically masks the name and phone number with asterisks (e.g. 王**, 136****4302) — only the address is never masked. So simply enter "好运器" as the name and the warehouse phone number 13603054302 as the phone; for the delivery address, log in to 0523.tw and one-tap copy it from the homepage — it already ends with your personal ID code (starting with H), which the warehouse uses to match parcels to your account automatically, so do not delete or change it. (The old format — a Taiwan mobile number at the end of the address — still works for matching.)

These Mistakes Will Cause Problems
  • Entering your Taiwan mobile number in the “Phone Number” field → Most Chinese sellers will refuse to ship the order because domestic delivery in China requires a Chinese phone number.
  • The personal ID code is missing from the end of the address (and no Taiwan mobile number was noted either) → the parcel is unidentified and must be claimed separately.
  • Entering your own Chinese name as the recipient → Once the shipping label masks the name, the warehouse will be unable to identify the parcel.

You can also copy the warehouse address directly from the HowBridge homepage with one click (the homepage notice prevails). For the full process, see the complete Taiwan consolidation guide.

3Authenticate, Ship & Photo

After a Dewu authenticator verifies the item and attaches the authentication tag, it is sent to the Shenzhen warehouse. Once HowBridge receives it, we photograph and record it upon arrival, leaving the authentication tag intact and attached.

4Combine + Choose Sea/Air

Once all sneaker pairs arrive, consolidation is free. You can remove the boxes while keeping the tags to reduce volume, then choose sea freight, sea express, or air freight.

5Taiwan Customs + Delivery

A partner customs broker handles clearance (first-time users must complete EZ WAY real-name verification). After duties and taxes are paid, a Taiwan carrier delivers the parcel to your door.

Why Choose HowBridge for Dewu Consolidation?

Most Dewu items are high-value sneakers, luxury goods, and limited-edition streetwear. The main concerns are preserving proof of authenticity and getting the goods safely and legally back to Taiwan.

Own Shenzhen Hub

HowBridge operates its own Shenzhen consolidation warehouse. After authentication, Dewu ships directly to our warehouse without intermediaries, providing a transparent process and records of high-value parcel movements.

Arrival Photo Proof

High-value sneakers and luxury goods are photographed and recorded upon arrival, providing evidence of their condition before shipment if a dispute occurs.

Auth Tags Preserved

Dewu authentication tags are key proof of authenticity and resale value. HowBridge keeps them intact without removing or tearing them off, preserving the item's authenticated value.

Company + Broker

As a legally registered company, we work with customs brokers to file real-name declarations through EZ WAY, apply the appropriate duties to sneakers and streetwear, and complete formal customs clearance.

Free Pair Consolid.

Sneakers with boxes take up significant volume. We consolidate multiple pairs for free and can remove the boxes while keeping the tags, greatly reducing freight charges based on volumetric weight.

TWD Rates & Invoice

Consolidation fees are charged in Taiwan dollars with an official invoice; shipping insurance is available for high-value items. Under Article 29 of the Banking Act, HowBridge does not pay RMB goods costs on your behalf.

To compare rates and services among providers, see our Taiwan consolidator comparison. For sneaker duty details, see the bag and footwear import duty guide.

Popular Dewu Consolidation Categories

CategoryTop ItemsKey Tips
SneakersAthletic shoes, basketball shoes, and trendy collaborationsBulky; check volumetric weight. Remove boxes to save space, but keep authentication tags
StreetwearHoodies, technical jackets, and collaboration T-shirtsLightweight and easy to combine; apparel duty rates are higher

Watches/Acc.Mechanical and fashion watchesInsure high-value items; some contain batteries
3C/ToysHeadphones, cameras, blind boxes, and modelsMany lithium-battery items are limited to sea freight or prohibited; confirm first

Shipping Rates and Volumetric Weight

Sneakers with boxes are bulky, so sea freight and sea express are often charged by volumetric weight rather than actual weight (sea freight volume ÷28317; sea express volume ÷10000). Air freight uses actual weight. One boxed pair of sneakers has a sea-express volumetric weight of about 0.9-1.5 kg.

MethodEst. RateTransit TimeBest For
Sea FreightApprox. NT$25/kgApprox. 5-10 daysMultiple sneaker pairs with no urgent deadline
Sea ExpressApprox. NT$50/kgApprox. 4-7 daysBalancing speed and cost
Air FreightApprox. NT$100/kgApprox. 2-4 daysLight streetwear and urgent shipments

Ways to reduce volume: combine multiple pairs in one carton, remove shoe boxes (be sure to keep the authentication tags), and use streetwear to fill gaps around sneakers. Use the shipping calculator for an estimate.

Import Duties on Dewu Products

Postal parcels whose customs value (goods + shipping + insurance) is within the duty-free threshold are exempt from customs duty and business tax. Above the threshold, customs duty and 5% business tax apply.

Dewu CategoryTariff CodeImport Duty
Sneakers (leather/rubber)6402 / 64035%
Sneakers (knit/textile)6404.117.5%
Tee/sweatshirt (cotton knit)610910.5%
Luxury bags/leather goods42026.6%

Rates are based on Column I of the Customs Import Tariff; the final classification is determined by Customs. Complete EZ WAY real-name verification for customs declarations, and use the tariff lookup to confirm the product classification.

How is the duty-free threshold calculated?: Under Article 49, Paragraph 2 of the Customs Act, customs value is aggregated for the same shipment (same sender, same arrival date, and same recipient), rather than assessed item by item; multiple pairs of sneakers shipped together will therefore be added together. Also, under the rules, the duty-free exemption does not apply if you import more than 6 times within a half-year. See the cross-border import tax rules for details.

Important Dewu Consolidation Notes

Never Remove the Auth Tag

The Dewu authentication tag serves as proof of authenticity and supports resale. Do not remove or tear it off during consolidation or before receiving the item.

Battery Item Limits

Electronic collectibles, cameras, and accessories containing lithium batteries are often limited to sea freight or prohibited. Check the prohibited-items list before ordering.

Insure High-Value Items

Shipping insurance is recommended for luxury goods and limited-edition sneakers. Keep the Dewu order and authentication records for customs valuation.

Dewu Consolidation FAQ

Q1. Can Dewu ship directly to Taiwan?
No. Dewu (POIZON/Du App) currently ships within mainland China only and does not offer direct shipping to Taiwan. Taiwan buyers must first obtain a Chinese delivery address from a consolidation warehouse, have Dewu send the goods there, and then have the consolidator combine and ship them back to Taiwan.
Q2. Are items bought on Dewu always authentic?
Dewu uses an "authenticate first, ship later" process. Items are first sent to a Dewu warehouse, where an authenticator inspects them and attaches a dedicated authentication tag before shipment. This provides relatively high authenticity assurance, but does not equal a 100% guarantee. Keep the authentication tag and order records as proof of authenticity and for future resale.
Q3. How should I enter the delivery address correctly?
Q4. Should I remove sneaker boxes? Will that affect their authenticated value?
Sneakers with boxes are bulky, and sea freight and sea express are usually charged by volumetric weight, so removing boxes can significantly reduce shipping costs. However, be sure to keep the authentication tags—they are the key proof of authenticity. If the original box matters to you, such as for collecting or resale with complete packaging, keep it and expect higher shipping costs.
Q5. How are taxes on Dewu products calculated?
Customs value = product price + shipping + insurance. Shipments within the duty-free threshold are exempt; above it, customs duty and 5% business tax apply. Common rates include 5% for sneakers with leather or rubber uppers, 7.5% for textile uppers, 10.5% for cotton-knit tops, and 6.6% for leather bags. Remember that the duty-free threshold is calculated by combining the same shipment. Multiple pairs shipped together are added together; see the duty section above for details.
Q6. Can products with batteries, such as cameras and headphones, be consolidated?
Products containing lithium batteries are restricted by aviation safety regulations. Most can only use sea freight or are prohibited and cannot be sent by air. Before ordering, check the prohibited-items list or contact customer service to confirm, preventing an item from being stranded at the warehouse.

How to Pay Your Freight Bill: Methods and Full Process

Once your parcels have been consolidated and shipped, the system issues a freight bill for that batch. You can settle it online by card or bank transfer; a successful payment clears the bill automatically, so there is no need to report the last five digits of a transfer. Below are the payment methods currently available, every step of the process, and what online payment on this site may be used for.

Online payment covers freight service fees only

Online payment on this site is used solely to pay consolidated freight and related logistics service fees (international freight, forwarding, domestic delivery, customs clearance and warehousing-related service fees). We do not collect payment for your goods, we do not pay sellers on your behalf, and we are not a party to your transaction with the seller. Payment for items bought on Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Pinduoduo or any other platform must still be made to the seller through that platform as usual. We charge only for the logistics service of moving your goods from the warehouse to you.

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Taiwan Pay, E.SUN Wallet, ATM transfer and convenience-store code payment are collected through NewebPay; LINE Pay is handled by LINE Pay itself. We do not add any payment processing fee. The amount shown is exactly what you pay. Mobile wallets have device requirements: web-based Apple Pay works only in Safari, Google Pay needs Android or Chrome, and Samsung Pay needs a Samsung device or Samsung Internet; on unsupported browsers the checkout simply does not show that option.

Convenience-store barcode payment and WebATM are not yet available. Please use one of the methods above for now.

How online payment works

  1. A freight bill is issued after your parcels ship

Once your parcels have been received at the consolidation warehouse, packed and shipped, the system issues a freight bill for that batch, covering international freight, forwarding and domestic delivery charges.

  2. Sign in and open "My Bills"

Sign in to your account and open My Bills to see the amount due, the number of parcels and a line-by-line breakdown of the charges before you pay.

  3. Tap "Pay Now" to open the secure checkout

The checkout shows the parcels being settled and the total due once more, and lists the available payment methods. Amounts are always calculated on the server, so they never vary by device or browser.

  4. Choose a payment method and complete payment

You are then taken to the payment page for the method you chose. Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are completed on the NewebPay page; choosing LINE Pay takes you to the LINE Pay payment page, where you simply confirm in the LINE app; choosing ATM transfer gives you a dedicated virtual account, bank code and payment deadline; choosing convenience-store code payment gives you a payment code to print the slip at a store kiosk and pay at the counter. Please complete non-instant payments before the deadline. If you choose Taiwan Pay or E.SUN Wallet, a QR code appears — pay by scanning it in the matching app; the page will not return to our site afterwards, and your bill updates once the payment notification arrives.

  5. The bill clears automatically

On successful payment the gateway notifies us immediately and the bill switches to paid, so there is no need to report the last five digits of a transfer. ATM transfers update automatically once the bank posts the funds.

Payment security and things to note

All payments are completed on the NewebPay or LINE Pay payment page. We never receive or store your full card number or security code, and every connection is TLS-encrypted. If you have paid but the bill has not updated yet, please do not pay again: methods that are not instant take time to clear by design. Contact customer service and we will check it for you.
