Our LINE Official Account Is Now Blue-Shield Verified

The short answer

Our only official LINE account displays the name HowBridge集運官方帳號 (our Chinese account name on LINE) with the premium ID @0523tw, and shows a blue verification badge beside the name (commonly called the blue shield; shown as a blue checkmark icon since April 2026) — meaning it has passed LINE's verification review. You can open page.line.me/0523tw to confirm for yourself. Any "HowBridge customer service" account whose ID is not @0523tw, or that has no verification badge beside its name, is not ours.

Verification covers the corporate identity behind the account. It is not an endorsement by LINE of our service quality, rates or shipping outcomes.

What types of verification badges does LINE use for official accounts?

According to LINE's own documentation, official accounts fall into three categories based on review status. <strong>Since April 1, 2026</strong>, LINE has changed how the badges are displayed: verified accounts now show more distinctive green and blue checkmark icons, while general (unverified) accounts no longer show the marking once commonly called the "grey shield." In other words, you can now tell them apart simply by whether a verification badge appears beside the account name:

🔵 Blue badge (commonly called the blue shield) 🟢 Green badge (commonly called the green shield) ⚪ No badge (formerly called the grey shield before April 2026)
BadgeAccount typeHow it is obtainedKey difference
🔵 Blue badge (commonly called the blue shield)Certified Official AccountApplied for by a business, which must first obtain a premium ID and submit its business registration or competent-authority incorporation documents for review by LINE's review teamCan be found by users searching keywords or the store name inside LINE; can use features such as friend-add advertising
🟢 Green badge (commonly called the green shield)Premium Official AccountBy invitation from LINE only — cannot be applied forGenerally granted to accounts with notable engagement
⚪ No badge (formerly called the grey shield before April 2026)Unverified Official AccountAnyone can create one; no review requiredIdentity has not been reviewed; users generally have to search the exact full ID to find it; since March 2026, a "This official account is auto-replying to messages" notice has been shown permanently at the top of the chat

The HowBridge Logistics account is a blue-badge Certified Official Account (commonly called the blue shield).

Badge categories, the April 2026 display update, and application requirements follow LINE Biz-Solutions Taiwan and the LINE Official Account Help Center; sources are listed at the end of this page.

What does blue-shield verification mean—and not mean?

✅ Verification does mean

  • LINE has reviewed and confirmed that a legally registered business, store or organisation stands behind the account — not someone who opened it anonymously.
  • A premium ID must be obtained before applying for verification, which is why our ID is the self-chosen @0523tw rather than a system-assigned string of random characters.
  • Per LINE's documentation, verification applications are currently accepted only in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, and are subject to documentary review by LINE's review team.
  • Verified accounts can be found through keyword search inside LINE, which makes it harder for impostor accounts to occupy the same visibility.

⚠️ Verification does not mean

  • It is not an endorsement by LINE of HowBridge's service quality, shipping quotes, customs outcomes or any transaction — the review examines corporate identity, not service content.
  • It does not mean every message you see on LINE comes from us: always check the account name and ID shown at the top of the chat window.
  • It does not replace basic fraud precautions. If anyone asks you to transfer money to a personal bank account, or contacts you from a personal LINE account, stop and verify through the channels listed below.

How can you verify our official account in three steps?

You do not have to take anyone's word for it — you can run all three checks yourself:

1Check that the premium ID is @0523tw

Open the account's profile page in LINE and look at the ID field. Our premium ID is @0523tw. If the ID is a string of random characters, or any other custom ID, it is not our official account.

2Open the official account page and compare

Enter page.line.me/0523tw in your browser. This is the public account page provided by LINE. It shows the account name HowBridge集運官方帳號 together with the verification mark, so you can compare it against the account you are looking at.

3Confirm the blue verification badge beside the name

At the top of the chat room or on the profile page, a blue verification badge should appear next to the account name (shown as a blue checkmark icon since April 2026; older app versions still show a blue shield). No badge means the account has not passed LINE's identity review — do not share personal details or make payments in that conversation.

The quickest route: use the official LINE button on any page of this site and you will always reach the correct account.

Why must shipping customers check if an account is genuine?

Shipping conversations involve personal data and payments by nature

Consolidation and customs clearance involve recipient names, addresses, national ID numbers (for real-name verification), tracking numbers and shipping payments. That is exactly what an impostor support account is after, which makes "knowing who you are talking to" the most basic — and most often skipped — step in the whole process.

A name can be copied; a reviewed identity cannot

Anyone can rename a LINE account to something similar and use the same profile picture. But making a blue verification badge appear next to that name requires passing LINE's review with business registration documents. So get into the habit of checking the badge and the ID, not just the display name and avatar.

Things we will never do

HowBridge will never add you from a personal LINE account, never ask you to transfer shipping fees or duties into a personal bank account, and never ask on LINE for your online banking password or full card number and security code. If any of these happens, stop and confirm with us through this site's official channels.

Frequently asked questions

What is the ID of HowBridge's official LINE account?
The premium ID is @0523tw. The account name shown on LINE is HowBridge集運官方帳號, with a blue verification badge (commonly called the blue shield) beside it. You can also open page.line.me/0523tw to compare directly.
Which ranks higher on LINE — the blue badge (blue shield) or the green badge (green shield)?
They are obtained differently, so it is not a simple hierarchy. The blue badge marks a Certified Official Account that a business applies for and that passes LINE's documentary review; the green badge marks a Premium Official Account that LINE invites, and which cannot be applied for. As far as "has this account's corporate identity been checked by LINE" goes, both blue and green have passed review, while no badge means it has not.
Why do some accounts have no badge at all now? What happened to the old grey shield?
Since April 1, 2026, LINE has stopped showing the marking once commonly called the "grey shield" on general (unverified) official accounts — they now show no badge at all — and has updated the badge on verified accounts to green and blue checkmark icons (this requires updating to LINE 26.4.0 or later). So an account with no badge beside its name now means its identity has not been checked by LINE — be especially careful where payments or personal data are involved.
What does it take to get a LINE certified account, and how long does it take?
Per LINE's documentation, the applicant must be a government-approved business, store or organisation, must first obtain a premium ID, and must submit business registration or competent-authority incorporation documents to LINE's official account review team. Review takes roughly 10 business days and the result is sent by email. Verification applications are currently accepted only in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand.
Does verification mean LINE guarantees HowBridge's service quality?
No. LINE's review confirms the corporate identity behind the account. It has no bearing on service quality, shipping quotes, customs outcomes or any transaction, and does not constitute an endorsement by LINE of our services. The value of verification is that it lets you confirm you are talking to a registered business account.
I received a message from someone claiming to be HowBridge support, but there is no verification badge beside the account name. What should I do?
Do not share personal details or parcel information, and do not make any payment in that conversation. Add the correct account again using the official LINE button on this site, or call our support line at 03-3936426 to verify with us. If you have already shared information or transferred money, contact your card issuer immediately; in Taiwan you can also call the 165 anti-fraud hotline.
